Dan is our Director of Community Business and Middle Market. He oversees our small-commercial and middle market along with our farms and personal lines department. Dan has over 29 years of experience in the insurance industry, which includes agency acquisitions, management, and ownership. He has a strong rapport with the Newton community through his years of volunteering and servicing community insurance needs. In 2023, he was awarded the Newton Chamber of Commerce’s Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award. Dan served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd and 101st Airborne units.
Dan and his wife Mona have three children and five grandchildren. He enjoys being outside in his free time – working on property projects and spending time with family. Dan will also never pass up a good rodeo, especially the one he attends every August in his hometown of Phillipsburg.
