Caleb joined Conrade Insurance Group in 2022 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. In addition to overseeing financial operations and growth strategy, he works closely with community health center clients throughout the state of Kansas on their property and casualty insurance needs.
Prior to joining Conrade Insurance, he worked with healthcare clients on business strategy and regulatory issues. As the COO of the Health Evolution Forum, he collaborated with national leaders on initiatives to improve primary care, value-based care, behavioral health, and programs focused on the social drivers of health.
Caleb received an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of Business and a JD from Penn Law School, and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in strategy and economics from Brigham Young University.
He lives in Newton with his wife Heather, who is an RN, and their four children. They enjoy living close to Athletic Park and participating in various community organizations and events.
