Malory serves as a Community Business Account Manager at Conrade Insurance Group, where she supports clients in the day-to-day management of their commercial insurance programs. She works closely with business owners to provide responsive service, assist with policy changes, and help ensure their coverage remains accurate and aligned with their needs.
With over seventeen years of customer service experience, Malory brings a strong background in communication, problem solving, and relationship building. She is committed to helping clients understand their coverage, navigate questions, and feel confident in their insurance decisions.
A Newton native and Newton High School alum, Malory values her connection to the local community and takes pride in supporting the businesses and individuals she serves. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Wichita State University, which supports her ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively.
In 2016, she spent five months backpacking through Europe, an experience that broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Outside of work, Malory stays busy with her three children. She and her family enjoy music, movie nights, and spending time outdoors together.
